Ponte Vecchio

Ponte Vecchio

The Ponte Vecchio – Florence most known destination – narrates the tragedy that saw the young nobleman Buondelmonte, assassinated on the bridge after leaving the altar a girl because he was deeply in love with Beatrice Donati. Anyway, the most famous love story in town is linked to Dante Alighieri, and his delicate platonic feelings toward Beatrice.

1) Vendita in esclusiva oppure no?

Petrognano - Tuscan Feeling

Petrognano – Tuscan Feeling

Tuscan Feeling

Tuscan Feeling

4) Prezzi diversi in posti diversi

Tuscan Feeling offers 5 trails for jogging in Florence and experience the city from a different perspective.

Parco delle Cascine

www.tuscanfeeling.com

1) Parco delle Cascine
This is the quintessential Florence park, large, well maintained and very old. The Cascine Park is one of the most frequented by sportsmen who love green spaces. Here you can meet bikers, skaters, rollerbladers, joggers and families togheter for a walk during the weekend. There are no cars and there are several dining options within the park. Nothing special, but are located in pleasant places to take a break and relax. In the large central lawn, many people improvise football matches. With a dash of audacity, it is not difficult to get into a team and play a little football with the locals.

Piazzale Michelangelo

www.tuscanfeeling.com

2) Piazzale Michelangelo

A challenging route, in a beautiful environment, especially in the morning. The path is uphill, even if the slope is not so steep as to be impractical for the less energetic ones. The Florentines runners start at Porta Romana and arrive to Piazzale Michelangelo. Once you get to the end there is only spoiled for choice of places where you can relax, eat, or contemplate the beautiful view of Florence.

The road for Forte Belvedere

www.tuscanfeling.com

3) Forte Belvedere

The road to get to Forte Belvedere – one of the architectural wonders requested by the Medici family – is a very challenging course. It’s a road only recommended to more trained runners. Here the slope is very strong and the road is steep, but the view is wonderful… and when you reach the finish line you can enjoy the Tuscan hills and their stunning colors.

Running along the Arno River!

www.tuscanfeeling.com

4) Parco dell’Albereta

It is the largest park in Florence and is located on the opposite side of the Cascine Park. Generally, the path that follow the Florentine runners starts at Giovanni da Verrazzano’s bridge and goes up to Varlungo, a small and ancient village on the outskirts of Florence. It is roughly a two kilometers path. There are many possible interesting detours to do around here, and the route is immersed in the urban nature. You can get up to Gavinana area, visit the great dell’Anconella Park, and perhaps come to visit the headquarters of Tuscan Feeling, which is within walking distance!

Lungarno

www.tuscanfeeling.com

5) Lungarno

It is one of the easiest trails and pleasant to do in the city. You can start from the north or south of Florence and drive along the Arno River, passing through the center. You can start from Cascine Park and get to dell’Anconella Park or vice versa. The bad point is the traffic, and the fact that the course crosses the city center of Florence. Although it is a simple route, suitable for all types of sportsmen, has its disadvantages especially on weekdays, when traffic is more intense. On Sunday morning, however, it is a wonderful experience.

Casa in Vendita

www.tuscanfeeling.com

Casa in Vendita

www.tuscanfeling.com

Planimetria casa

www.tuscanfeeling.com

Molto probabilmente no.

Craft Beers and Pubs in Florence: The Top 5

Beer in Florence

Beer in Florence

We love craft beer, better if locally produced. Of course, we (at Tuscan Feeling) never drink when we are working! The work of real estate agents, around Florence, between apartments in historic buildings, villas and hi-tech loft is very complicated and challenging. No time to drink a beer during the day! At night, however, everything is different and we like to taste craft beers, exclusive labels and follow the local breweries.

Craft Beers in Florence

Craft Beers in Florence

A great movement of small producers of craft beer was born in Italy, in the last decade, and has been able to quickly gain the respect of international critics and the public. In Tuscany, there are plenty of craft breweries and in the province of Firenze there are more than 30 at least. It’s true that Italy is famous for its extraordinary wine, but beer has always been produced here, since the ancient Romans times! The first florentine beer factory was founded in 1792 and the site where actually the Hard Rock Café is, during the nineteenth century, was the largest and most beautiful pub in town.

Do you want to enjoy a delicious craft beer in Florence? Here are our 5 favorite places!

Braumeister Firenze

Braumeister Firenze

1) Braumeister – Via Madonna Della Tosse 12r

The Braumeister is just behind Piazza della Libertà. It started as a brewery and a Bavarian restaurant, but quickly evolved, becoming a reference point for beer fans. In addition to the Bavarian dishes, they serve tasty pizzas and traditional Italian desserts. The huge countertop in copper has 20 taps, most of them with Italian craft beers from italian microbreweries: Birrificio Italiano, Petrognola from Garfagnana, Birra del Borgo and ToccailMatto. In addition, there’s a choice of bottles of fine brands (Belgian, American, British and Italian) to choose from an excellent beer list.

Mostodolce

Mostodolce

2) Mostodolce – Via Nazionale 114 R

Mostodolce, in via Nazionale, has a wide selection of strictly artisan beers: Pepita, Fox, Ale Hammer, the American Pale Ale Morgana, the Black Doll Stout, the tasty Saison Arch, plus the seasonal Christmas beer, brewed with locale tuscan chestnut flour. Here you will also find sweets of beer as the Birramisù and the Mosto’s Strudelino.

The Book Pub

The Book Pub

3) The Book Pub – Piazza Lorenzo Ghiberti 11/12 R

An old-fashioned pub with books, newspapers and games available. The Book Pub is in Piazza Lorenzo Ghiberti and it has seven taps in addition to twenty brands with a large focus on European niche products. We recommended the delightful beers of the Birrificio Italiano: the most famous Italian microbrewery.

Diorama

Diorama

4) Diorama – Via Pisana, 78r

Recently opened and located in the Oltrarno district, the Diorama is a restaurant fully dedicated to craft beers. Just eight tables and some stools at the countertop.
On tap are six Italian and foreign beers, including the wonderful IPA produced by microbrewery Lorem Ipsum Florence. The beer list has eighty labels from around the world. The cuisine is typically Florentine. And ‘one of the trendiest places on the scene of the Florentine craft breweries.

Il Bovaro

Il Bovaro

5) Il Bovaro – Via Pisana, 3r

Bovaro produces craft beer and makes direct pouring. The restaurant is very popular and characteristic, located in a a place built during the middle age, just in front of Porta San Frediano. The beer is pasteurized and naturally produced, the choice is limited to the beers produced, which are very good. Here you can eat and the food is really excellent. It is best to book in advance, since the place is always full.

1) Valutazione dell’immobile

3) Visita all’Immobile
