Minimum Rental Period: 7 nights This lovely and cosy apartment is situated in an ancient Florentine building, at a few steps from the famous street market Il Porcellino (the wild boar) and at a short distance from the Duomo (the Cathedral of Florence), just between the famous square “Piazza della Signoria” and the Orsanmichele church. The apartment was recently restored and furnished with taste and care. Its central position is well appreciated by our clients. The apartment is situated in the pedestrian area; the major famous museums and monuments are at walking distance. In this area, there are also many ëtrattorie’ and renowned restaurants, shops, banks, and boutiques.
The apartment is at the first floor (without elevator); the steep stairs are typical of mediaeval buildings. It consists of:
Living room with kitchen corner (4-ring hob, oven, fridge, washing machine) , double bed room, twin bedded room, bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with ADSL connection .
In case of monthly rental the payment of water, electricity and gas will be required extra, upon consumption. It is also required one month rental as cautionary deposit. |
