Minimum Rental Period: 7 nights Situated in a noble building of the renaissance close to Piazza Signoria and Piazza S.Croce this particular loft was the ancient “welcome room” of the palace, where the guests visinting the noble famiily was first welcomed, waiting to meet the Nobleman of the house. The old room can be still recognised from the vaulted ceailing caracterised by a fresco of the XVIII century. In the surroundings there are the most important museums of Florence and the nicest pubs, restaurants and ice cream shops from which you can feel the atmosphere of this Renaissance and most famous town of Italy.
Unique in its type for the care with whom the owner has restored and furnished it, the apartment was first restored for the owner’s use, this apartment is positioned on the ground floor, facing an enchanting and silent garden, with an entrance from a private, hidden courtyard.
Entering the apartment you will find a wide living room with a fireplace, characterized by an elegant furniture that respect the typical place . All details fit in with harmony creating a background unique in its type. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a TV .
On one side of the living room, the dining room with an ancient wooden table, sets against with a perfect balance to the useful kitchen completely furnished (4 flames, oven, dishwasher) ; behind the kitchen corner there is a storage room with a fridge and a washing machine. On the same side of the living room, a bathroom with a tub and shower, for which the owner has chosen an ochre marble that gives to the ambience a warm and welcoming feeling.
An iron, light staircase connects this part of the apartment to an open gallery with a double bed.
The apartment has air conditioning and independent heating.
It is not allowed to use the front space of the courtyard, because they belong to the condominium.
In case of monthly rental the payment of water, electricity and gas will be required extra, upon consumption. It is also required one month rental as cautionary deposit. |
