The apartment is situated at the first floor (without elevator). It was recently restored and is characterised by its high wooden lacuna ceilings. It is composed of: living room with TV and sofa-bed, kitchenette (4-ring hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher), double room, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The windows face a quiet side street in the pedestrian area.
The apartment is completely furnished and equipped with bed linen and towels.
Nearby there is a second bedroom and a second bathroom with shower that can be connected to this apartment and the result is a nice spacious 2 bedrooms (with 2 baths) apartment.
In case of monthly rental the payment of water, electricity and gas will be required extra, upon consumption. It is also required one month rental as cautionary deposit. |
